I have just finished all six episodes of "El Dia Menos Pensado" in sudden, where a movistar executice called Carapaz as disloyal after La Vuelta upon his departure. But i did not get the point. Hadn't it already been announced that he would be joining Ineos after clinching the Giro victory?

What i know is that this pal is unlucky as hell. After getting his career defining victory, he even could not find his chance to wear "his well deserved" rainbow jersey during this spring.
