    Finally, my biggest worry is Jayco rode the race for O'Connor and he could not finish it off which does not augur well for his 2026 season. Anyway off to the airport to fly to Oz for the TDU.

    Its a shocking day for Jayco because they will struggle to win a stage or GC at the TDU and Cadel's race is always a crap shoot.

    Gilmore is good and could win a race or two. he only started cycling in 2020 so has lots of development. He is a punchy rider who is good on 5 minute climbs.

    Its touch and go with Durbo leading by 1m and 9s.

    based on last years race 1m and 40s is not enough for Durbridge. The only difference is Durbo has had an easier ride this year.

    I have no problem with Durbridge winning if he is the strongest. As I posted two weeks ago, Jayco is setting the race up for O'Connor, though I'm not convinced he can drop the group.
