    Think the key to Groenewegens improved form is race selection. Like many sprinters he wanted to ride stage races because the mentality is you have 2 or 3 chances to win as opposed to a one day ra e.

    It's very disappointing for Jayco who have a non WT level squad for cobbled races. They miss out on a rider who is WT standard at this level and they miss out on UCI points.

    So you place an unfair burden on some riders to participate in more races so you can cottonwool selected riders for Pogacar. I doubt you can run a team like this.
