Sucks, finally showing that promise in the big classics. Perhaps I'm talking a bit too soon, but I see him in the final without bad luck.

It doesn't matter, it won't be long till he passes the baton to Langeveld and goes home.

I think he'll get back, but it will probably take too much out of him...but then again, last week was unpredictable, and today's race seems no different, so who knows?
