I just think he is annoying as a rider. Doesn't mean he's a bad rider or anti-productive (whatever it means). He's just... annoying. Too low profile and not the most deserved winner for the day, I guess.

It was getting into 'taking the p***' territrory however long it was. Maybe understandable from him in the circumstances, but it is explicitly against the rules.

Stybar just looks stronger atm so perhaps Boonen gave him the green light to race for himself. Would be a pretty magnanimous gesture in his last race. Or perhaps Stybar has just gone for it of his own accord.
