12 Crazy Roads!

Apparently it climbs 1,100m in 10km? Built very recently (late '90s-early 2000s), but can anyone here tell us why? What does it connect?

Looks like one of those roads where, when you were driving over them as a kid, you'd close your eyes because they make your tummy to tickly! Or is that just me who does that?

Yeah I like that one. Looks fun to ride or drive on. Not sure where it's located though.

From what I gather Tian Men Shan (door to the sky), is a national park in the west of the Hunan province. The road was only completed in 2006.

There's also a sweet gondola that goes to the top.

There are higher, longer, steeper cols but the Grossglockner will take your breath away.
