Is it broadcast somewhere on TV/internet?
Rai Tre 17-00CET or there abouts. They have a constant live net feed, which is geo restricted. So, it's all down to someone posting a usable link, I'm afraid.
Me? I've got the TV.

Your best bet for live road racing, this weeked, is the Tour du Haut Var.
France 3's regional feed is usually not restricted. In anycase, Justin tv will have a link.
They got live, each day, at about 15-00 CET, which I reckon, reading the race schedule, means about 90+ minutes coverage.
Not bad.;)
