He is talking about Downing anyway. What's the point ? Doesn't have any thing to do with Dowsett.

For a neo-pro he's done OK. 5th at Qatar prologue, 4th at Murcia and 5th Castilla Leon. For his first year at this level he's done pretty well.

He's on form (see his performance at the London Nocturne recently) and the competition is hardly great at this race. Therefore, he should go well.

Last year he won the European U23 TT champs, was flying at the Worlds until he had a crash and mechanical.
