No, keep waiting. Somewhere between 1-2km to go is where he should move. Make the Schlecks chase for as long as possible. AC isn't a threat yet, the Schlecks are riding quick enough to keep him in check.

Of course, he may not have the energy... in which case he can ride behind Andy to the summit. At this point on the climb, he can let Frank do whatever he wants, he's not in the GC race anymore.

Schlecks maybe don't have the legs to attack... but I don't know, seems like every time they are riding together up the mountain, they suck. Their 1-2 tactics never seem to drop anyone. If he's got it, Andy needs to just go. No 3 second attacks. Go. Don't look back.
