Kadri to survive the longest, hoping he'll go for the KOM. Gutierrez should be a massive help and will be able to stay in front a long time as well. A bit surprised to see G there today.

G will do anything! Classics rider... Sprinter... Lead-out man... Although considering his lovely riposte to ITV last year...

What have you learnt about climbing?
I can't...

I guess we can't hope for too much today...

Won't ever understand Eurosport. Who the **** cares about the last 40km of yesterday? If you couldn't watch yesterday between 4pm and 5 pm, chances are that you won't be able to watch today from 11:30 to 12:30 anyway...

Just a filler I guess, host broadcast doesn't start for another 30mins.

I can't believe how much attention a second-rate-at-best rider like Evans gets in this forum. Hopefully that topic is finished in approximately 6 hours.

Don't carrots have any other rider to send up the road than Perez Moreno? Guess he wasn't tired yesterday. Oh well.

Just because he isn't a top10 climber doesn't make him second rate.

In that case, Andy Schleck is second rate because he can't time trial. Contador second rate because he can't sprint. Cavendish second rate because he's afraid of uphill gradients.

On this I agree with you ACF - Evans is definitely a top contender. He gets the attention here because he is a definite chance this year.

Not sure how much my opinion will count though - I must be the only one here who thinks that Contador will come to play today, and will get some time back on everyone :p

Not a Cadel fan then?

The guy has 7 top 10 finishes in grand tours, he has won the world champs, la fleche wallone, tirreno-adriatico and tour de romandie.

Please explain how is he second-rate?

He's 34 and has never won a GT. For a rider who aims at winning big stage races that's not a winner. I'm also very dubious about putting Andy in the "first rate" category yet, until he actually starts winning stuff.

Nobody will help Leopard because nobody likes leopard and there hypocracy!!

Gerrans said yesterday he would be cheering for his not so good friend Evans, because Schleks and Leopard are acting like a bunch of cnuts without having any results to back it up.

Also Samuel Sanchez when asked this morning, admitted with a smile on his face that he would help Contador today.

Did Gerrans really say that?

a shame that Pereiro isn't riding anymore, he'd show Evans every day that a 1st rate rider ist made of sterner stuff :p
