Smart by Evans. If he can get within 2-2.30 of Andy he's still alive tomorrow. As long as Andy is out further than that he's Evans main rival, he can afford to give 30s to Alberto and Samuel.

How long is the time trial? Is it long enough for 2-3 minute deficits?

I think it's a real shame that Evans is the only guy in the group who actually wants to win this race badly enough to chase, especially since all the other guys will ambush him in the final few km.

Well done to Cadel of waiting and making it a 2 horse race, but he's made it a 2 horse race he can't win.

I think that alberto may have expected this, thus the reason why he attacked the last 2 days on shorter climbs.
