Nope, Nibali has the 6 seconds bonus remember?

Don't think this is going anywhere, probably winner from the first group. Will just add op to the fatigue, especially in Team Sky.

I think that's the biggest takeaway for today. Tomorrow is going to be carnage.

It's all come back now, but on the next descent Wiggins will be alone, while Nibs will have 2 guys.
Still trouble for Wiggins ahead.

Eurosport are losing pictures exactly as much, ITV just cuts back to the studio when it gets really unwatchable.

It looks like Sky and Wiggins were caught relaxing over the top of Ancares and got ambushed. They've brought it back but it does make Team Sky seem weak.

On previous climbs Wiggins has dropped to the back of the pack and lost out, ie the Liquigas TTT stage and the super-steep Rodriguez finish.

The rest of the descents today aren't as tricky, I think Sky should be OK on them. The only question is if Liquigas or Astana or Rabobank try to isolate Wiggins on the remaining climbs.

1. With Sky spent, Moreno might be in red.
2. Better option: splits on the descents and TTT between Leaky and Sky.
Either way, it's looking promising for us!:D

Of course. I don't think Eurosport has a single camera of their own on the road in the Vuelta, they all have the same pictures provided by Spanish tv.

Also interesting to see if anyone from the peloton chases for the stage win, this break is still very very catchable.

Wiggins and Froome have been going full bore for several days so its tough for them, but they need something in the tank for Angliru.
.
Kind of getting worked over but hanging in there. Its a shame Kennaugh isn't here to help out.

I'm sure the group will splinter more on the bump that's coming up, so it's too early to talk about who the best sprinter is. Plus for some reason nobody's helping the carrots drive the break, i'm surprised Dan Browne doesn't put Losada up front there
