Yes I made a mistake on the dates but that does not change the fact that you should have looked somewhere else to confirm the dates and check faulty ACF! I didn't see anyone else comment on it before today.

No, you should not just post false information and expect people to check for themselves if it is true or not.

Also, please do answer the question. You said "it was changed". What was changed?

Don't blame yourself. Your not supposed to think every little piece of info you see on a forum through and then work out if it is true or not

Personally i'm not really keeping track of what day it is atm cos its all the same to me.

I think of CI as a race that takes place on Saturday and Sunday, my brain doesn't really register the dates apart from "oh, it will be this week".

This is the first time in a long time since he has gotten a TT win. He has improved his TT a lot since 2011.

He has not really said he has been focusing on it though??? His ITT in Grenoble was crushing- that will always stick out as his best ITT in my view.

no needle policy means not even vitamines cna be injected anymore. it's a ridiuclous rule which favors riders that have extreme strong bodies. see the super riders of the 80s. evans is 174 and 68 kg. not the body of a climber. he has very much gain by this new rule as other more vulnerable riders simply are able to recuperate less without the vitamin injections. it's also very unhealthy this rule

the no neddle rule is a good one, if their are no neddles their are no questions what are going on, injections would of had stigma attached to them with them banned, so be it they have to ingest anything.

Evans is not 68kg, or at least not that around June-July.
