Those yellow helmets are a total disgrace. Someone should do something for this embarassment.
It'll look even more ridiculous in the mountains, once Wiggo's team mates are dropped, and maybe Menchov is in the yellow jersey and Brad's sitting there like a tw*t in his ****ing yellow helmet. At least now that the Skys are all together it's obvious that it's a team thing.

PHil & Paul currently claiming to have spoken to the Argos DS this morning.

Strange they recalled that conversation 5 minutes after letour's live ticker posted the interview, and the Argos DS told them the exact same thing.

I'm quite impressed that Phil and Paul have heard of Argos tbh.

God I hate these tour only fans

:p

I just love these posters who can't wait to hate anyone who they deem tour only fans. Shall I kiss thy non-drive side spoke my liege! Just kidding. Of course, these people know all about how much cycling I follow..... and we should know that they know everything... The tedium of the board results in its form of entertainment.

Speaking of tedium, Actually, I am enjoying nbc's coverage as they struggle mightily to avoid any mention of the USADA case and he who they shall not name, ie, A Certain Texan, A certain 7 Time Soon to be Zero Time Soon to be All time Disgrace.

Not exactly the queen stage today. Petacchi's almost crashing into the island and Levi's seat adjustment were second and third only to Philippe Gilbert's ridonkulous wife for highlight's. Can we just get some clips of her shopping in paris during some of the slower sections????

these July only fans are just so sickening.... they need their own kiddie pool forum

Very strange 180mm, maybe so they can then sit back and allow the sprinters and puncher teams to control the peloton but they must know that riders like Chavanel are bound to attack so a strange move indeed

Some serious d-baggery from Team Sky. Yellow helmets with no jersey. Tools.

What is your problem ? You should first try to find out why they wear them ;)

It's ASO rule. Nothing Sky could you moron

Lots of sky hate here..understandable. The best team does usually accumulate a hoard of haters ;)

It just seems like it will make it harder not easier to control...

Very smooth retreat, no one who uses a smiley could possibly have looked like a tool.

In response to your edit, as already noted, it is the rules. The ASO clearly want to build up the team competition; if you want to blame anyone it's Radiofail and their sad attempts to claim a win somewhere.

What a beautiful fortified farm house

Stupid new Aso rule.
Embarassing to say the least.

Imagine if it was Rabofail to wear them...

Europcar would look pretty ugly in those. Euskaltel would look pretty weird too

I see the Sky ball-sniffers are put out by my comments. :D

Seriously though, why are they wearing yellow helmets today?

It's a new rule made by the race organisers that the leading team has to wear yellow helmets - or they get fined. It's not a SKY thing it's a TdF thing.

It's marketing!!
