Cav was puking all over the place yesterday, I guess that qualifies as a bad day.

Knees was dropped just a couple of KM's into the climb today so he would seem to have a bad day as well.

I'm thinking more EBH, Porte, Rogers, Froome--principle domestiques. Maybe it's nothing, but I would have expected one of them to have a bad day.

True, maybe following the likes of Cav, Farrer and Greipel in saving themselves for Paris on Sunday. Thats the one they all want to win.

This is the best designed route of this Tour, still it's just passable. Bales + Peyresourde is a really good combo, but the stage lacks at least 80 kms more and 2 mountains to be perfect.
Given the gc situation I think there's a chance someone like VdB could attack on Bales.

I want Nibali to win the stage ( after attack as well but otherwise i am sure Sky could give him a consolatory gift of the stage as well as 3rd place ( especially considering the fact that one of Wiggins/ Froome shall most likely win the ITT with no Cancellara/ Martin ).
