If we are talking about the decision to call them back after Wiggo crashed and made granny descent - yes, I'm serious. If they weren't called , a demoralised Wiggins would have lost another 30 secs to one minute while Colombians would AT BEST been able to help that big group from 35. onwards to finish 10-15 seconds earlier (and be part of that group). Henao/Uran would STILL have lost a minute+ to major GC contenders...
If we speak about decision to keep them on Wiggins' side on the climb of San Silvestro and assuming they were strong enough to go with 1st echelon - yes, that was a mistake. At very least one of them should have had freedom to cover GC contenders instead of staying with Sir Bradley.
Although, no team would have left their leader isolated in such scenario - none. Means Uran should have probably been the free one and Henao helper as Uran would have been riding towards pink.
