Umm, what sort of time-cut off is there going to be? I get the feeling that we could see a lot of riders missing the cut.

25%, so someone would need to put 5 mins in to Belkov to make it tight for some.

Why, it's still going to be 25% of the fastest time. If the fastest time is pretty slow, then the 25% cutoff is going to be huuuuge, so they have lots of room.
The slower the best time is the better for the worst tt-ists

It would be bad tho if Wiggins for example suddenly rides 52km/h. Then everyone is screwed :D

The current weather forecast seems to suggest that both wind and rain will increase the closer we get to 5 pm, meaning that it should favor Wiggins to start about an hour before the others. The 1,24 he lost yesterday could win him more today if the forecast holds true
