yep word on the street is Nibali ITT improved quite a bit this year, of course he was aim to tight the gap between W and him.

As a Nibali fan I think that's probably typical PR nonsense. I do feel he'll put 30 second or so into Ryder. The big question is what Cadel will turn up.

Don't put words into my mouth, I said he improved quite a bit on his TT-bike, he could put one minute into Ryder. And he is better TTer than Ryder and Bena especially after this winter. Of course if he was hurt in the crash today, then he will not gain significant time tomorrow. He was already No8 on Tour ITT.
