In terms of getting bottles and food they'll be ok as in Roubaix you go back to the cars less than in other races, and get a lot more from the side of the road. Re: bike changes and wheel changes though, they could be trouble.

Yea, those were the logistics I was referring to. Neutral bike and wheel changes will screw them royally. Hard enough to get one from your team car in this race.

It seems more reasonable that one of their cars was kicked out, not all of them.

He got 21st 3'43" down the year Van Summeren won. This is only his third time at the race I think.
