yea I found that out. On the picture of the loop, it looks like they go clockwise, when the profile shows the course counter-clockwise.

then prepare for a life of disappointing courses as this is as tough as it gets when it comes to WC, last 1 as hard as this has to be duitama.

Maybe my expectations are too high but I heard everyone talking about the 2013 WC that would be perfect for climbers and this isn't what I'd expected when I heard "perfect for climbers".

that's a helluva route 280 kms,very very hard circuit.it will be a massacre out there,one of the climbers will win this one
i like the time trial too.
they really earned their money with this one

I didn't know that. I guess this is as hards as it gets. That's probably why everyone's so excited.

It both got some long straight flat parts, and the finish looks quite technical. Plus it's 55 km, which is long for a WC ITT (I think it's the longest it has been for many years).

This is perfect for climbers. They can't and won't put the finish on top of an 15km climb, because that's just silly. It's a one day race and looking at the course this race will be won by a rider that's usually good at L-B-L. Contador rode L-B-L once very well, but in service of Vino. Vino won that day as well.

Yes this course could be won by Alberto. If there is a course he could win on this would be it.
