Mollema wins over the whole race so far. He's more of a wheelsucker than Evans. Of course, nobody in Holland cares, suddenly ;)

if we're talking top20 nobody can beat Monfort come on. I understand he's not here to win the tour and there's no captain to work for, but jeez show your effing face to the camera. What's a top15 placement good for if no sponsor knows that you were even there?

Euskatel: Needs to do more
Saxo: Needs to do more
Movistar: Pass, but can do more
Belkin: Partly pass, but why not use the resources for some aggressive racing
Radioshack: Partly pass, but where are Monfort, Zubeldia and Schleck
Lampre: Nothing
Ag2R: Pass, but I think they can do more
BMC: Nothing, hauling Evans around at +16:40 is useless
Katusha: Needs to do more
Garmin: Pass
Cofidis: Better on stage 16, but more is needed
Argos: pass
Orica: pass
OPQS: pass
Lotto: pass
Europcar: partly pass, more is needed
Cannondale: pass
FDJ: Tried on stage 16, but its all too little too late
Vancan: partly pass, maybe De Gendt in the ITT can fix it
Sojasun: partly pass,
Astana: pass

Don't see what Astana have done to warrant a higher grade than any of these other teams.
Fuglsang lost in a breakaway, same as Riblon and Brutt, and Saxo have been plenty visible.

Its gauged somewhat against the strength of the team versus result and visibility in the race so far.

Astana have half a team left, one rider placed in top 10 (with little pedigree), have been involved in several breaks, so yes I think they are close to being maxed out.

ag2r depends on ones expectations, which I don't have many of.

Saxo is a top team, they have engaged twice (cross wind and the hilly stage yesterday) with no result yet. They need to do more.

Saxo needs to do more because they haven't got the results according to their strength. The cross wind stage and the repeated attacks(leading to AC crash) on the hilly stage is all they have to show. They were expected to do more.

Euskatel: Pass
Saxo: Pass
Movistar: Pass
Belkin: Partly pass, but why not use the resources for some aggressive racing
Radioshack: Moving strongly in the right direction
Lampre: Trying, but things are not looking great
Ag2R: Pass
BMC: Partly pass, others beside TJVG must do more
Katusha: Pass
Garmin: Pass
Cofidis: Pass
Argos: pass
Orica: pass
OPQS: pass
Lotto: pass
Europcar: Pass, but hopefully Voeckler can do one more thing
Cannondale: pass
FDJ: Tried again today, anybody left on the team who can do anything?
Vancan: partly pass
Sojasun: Pass
Astana: pass

Lastly Katusha, Movistar and Saxo really should make sure we get a serious showdown on the last mountain stage. A GC contender stage win will be needed please.
