Now I think Lotto should just try and help Europcar and prepare Greipel for the int. sprint.

what for? to tire him so he doesn't make the limit? Sagan would have to withdraw and cavendish would have to fall in paris so greipel could overtake him.

I hope Europcar reels in the break. Luring in Rolland and then pulling off was nasty.:D

Europcar need to restore their honor.:D

30 metres! Im confident in Gesink.
He says that's not the plan:
"Het is belangrijk voorin te beginnen. Daarna wil ik zoveel mogelijk voor de mannen doen in de finale. Wegspringen hoort niet bij het plan, niet in het begin en niet in de finale. Zo hebben we het niet besproken.

Unless riders are dropped already, I can't see anybody important going OTL today.

Well, that could threat Europcar prize for the most useless effort of the day.

Apparently Rod said that he is targeting this stage more than any other and that the last steep kilometers suit him.

Agreed. Cav said that today is the easiest day until Paris to remain inside the limit.

The speed is too high.
I think many riders including evans will think defensive at the base of the climb itself.

This is the third week of the tour. There is nothing to defend to be defensive :p

Probably Quintana

Quintana wouldn't be able to get away, sky, saxo, belkin wouldn't let him go. Actually Saxo and Belkin might/should.
I'd say Quintana with an easy ride is the second best climber in the race, he should wait for the Ventoux, up move up on GC, and go for the kill another day.

Belkin really cannot pull back Quintana. Hell even Sky had trouble pulling back Quintana last time around
