Quintana wouldn't be able to get away, sky, saxo, belkin wouldn't let him go. Actually Saxo and Belkin might/should.
I'd say Quintana with an easy ride is the second best climber in the race, he should wait for the Ventoux, up move up on GC, and go for the kill another day.

Belkin really cannot pull back Quintana. Hell even Sky had trouble pulling back Quintana last time around
