Tailwind out, headwind back? 25% is time limit so 40kph for 53kph winning time 44kph if keeps going at current rate. Shouldn't be any problem but if he's so injured that he's on a road bike with clip on bars he could be in trouble (imagine he won't have a great position on that bike)
