No it wasn't it was exactly the same. Sagan even tapped his brakes to stay on the rear corner of his car

Get over yourself. Sagan had a mechanical, cav had a crash. They were not dropped so they are allowed more leniency with the cars

You are more likely to see it for certain riders because of their profile. Hence Sagan and Cav. The rules are there to avoid people abusing it. As someone mentioned very few people have an issue when it is chasing back due to a crash or mechanical.

Was hoping a split would have formed by now, but the incidents to Sagan and cav screwed that up
