Thats 100km from the end, nothing will happen, they will take it slow

Not at all. That it will be worst on the descent doesnt mean that it wont be bad after that, but the riders will all try to be in front for that descent and that will make it dangerous.

If only this stage were over 200 km, there is nothing nobler than a 200 km + solo break, and in the Tour no less.

And there's more......

look at these steak knives (What happened there? :confused:)

Now, where was I?

Oh yes, and there's more....

The intermediate sprint will be insane.

europcar:mad::(

probably they will unleash hell on that 4th category climb though:p

Even Europcar don't "do" proper flat stages :eek:. Should get two in the one tomorrow though, I guess Veilleux and Gautier are going to save their engines for towing Voeckler through the Pyrenees.

why would anybody settle for one or the other?
I wanna see action on both types of stages, starting today.

Cos the one might ruin the other.

I think our race philosophy differs.

Yep. But I am not saying I dont enjoy stages like this. They are awesome, but at the same time I just hope they dont have any significant impact on the GC among the favorites.
