Might get a one second gap between Bookwalter/Elmiger and the rest, but the gaps are still very small, all to play for. It's not like the Mol/Steurs breakaway in 2010.

Edit: ok, no gaps.

Ryo - this was supposed to be the windiest stage, but the forecasts have been wrong in the past.

I must congratulate on waterloo for spreading the most amounts of bull**** in this topic

Risible, again. Your poor little feelings must be very hurt if you're now just making weak little personal attacks.

I don't post on cycling forums for political debate, so I'm not going to engage, but as a safe rule of thumb, anytime I use the phrase 'mega mix' what I am sayinng is in jest rather than a thoughtful exposition of my opinions.

Good sprint by Eisel, he'll win this race for sure. Showed no form whatsoever in TDU though, but he said already 2 months ago that he'd be leader here. So I guess he has timed his peak perfectly...

Looking very good if there's a stage with eschelons which last to the finish, but if that really was the worst of it then it'll go to a purer sprinter.

The first guy they used on the front, yes.

Yes, and held the breakaways on his own for about 100km. Such form would translate well to the endurance required to race in the echelons. Everyone had to work today and Eisel did as much as anyone, but still had the most left in his legs.

Okay. Remind me when there's a race on the BBC, then I can crack a nice joke about child molesters.

+1

I know a certain rider in red who could use some of that endurance training.

You'd be a bit late of the Jimmy Saville jokes I'm afraid. Sadly the BBC is sufficiently unaccountable that it will continue as a poll-tax on Britains regardless of its disgusting hypocritical behaviour.

That scandal's a bit more recent than the last time Bin Laden appeared on Al-Jazeera, if you're playing the relevancy card.

No - I was trying to work out what Youngest's point was.

If it was that some things are too serious for an internet joke, then he's welcome to hold that view but it's pretty silly.

If it was that he would have a go at a British TV station and see how I like it, then my post makes clear I would like nothing more than the end of the BBC, so he's welcome to have a go and I'll cheer him on.

Modolo crashed with 60 to go according to his twitter. He was able to finish the stage but he will have to do some checks to see if he broke something.
