Of course he is.

He is not between 26 and 29 years old, he's not European or Colombian, he wasn't brought up in Euro teams as someone else's surrogate. Thus he's not in CyclingNews List Of Approved Riders™, and thus even the thought of him attacking on the high mountains and leave a bunch of Approved™ riders behind is preposterous and a mockery of the sport.

You're ridiculous.

Well said. The same people pointing fingers are the ones cheering for the likes of Contador.

Ugh, this is too much like Giau for me. Basso not having any impact, but hopefully Purito does nothing again and loses the GC by 10 seconds.

Basso tried to counter Nibs, dude's really got ZERO jump, hehe...

You mean Nibali then. Because if Basso can counter you, I've got bad news, you've got zero jump

Go to the clinic and take your arguments there to see them destroyed like your silly view of cycling.

He's not on the list of "approved riders" because 1) He has ridden for Armstrong, has never admitted anything and defended Armstrong till the very end 2) Because he's 42 years old and riding better than ever and 3) Because his blood profiles look like a Giro mountain stage...
