I think it's a stage for a puncher genre Ulissi, Gasparotto or even EBH and Geschke.

Personally, I do not think it is hard enough for Rodriguez, but you never know.

Perfect for Daniel Oss. He's only ten seconds behind. Could end up with both the stage win and the jersey.

There are a lot of good candidates. Edvald Boasson Hagen, Ulissi, Moreno, maybe even Matthews.

Of course i'm not sure how his form is. But he looks sharp and confident, so it will be fine in terms of condition imo.

The last 1.7 k at 6%, is hard enough for Purito to win here. I mean, he showed in the past on these kind of finishes (Malaga, La Finisterra) he's is also really good. I mean, Ulissi can win here, but he has never showed he's capable of beating all the big guys in a GT mano o mano.

There is no Gilbert here. Or Valverde. Or Sagan. Or Gerrans...

Hopefully some attacks on the first Viggiano ascent as well. The final kms are hard enough and the descent is technical.
