I wondered about that,i have been using your extremely useful posts from the Eurosport commentary thread showing the commentators that are covering each race,i knew it was Hatch and not Kirby for the Giro from checking that.Auscyclefan just said the commentary had changed and i was trying to work out why it had.

Yeah I can only guess that Eurosport International wanted to show more than they were getting, so even though Hatch and Kelly were on, they had to take the generic international feed. I remember seeing on youtube a stage from Tirreno that was Eurosport International and had Kirby / Lloyd commentating despite Harmon having done it (I think) for British Eurosport, it was the day Contador, Froome, Horner and Santambrogio went head to head or failing that, the one Rodriquez won that year.
