I don't know, I remembered him being further back for some reason. Still a nice sprint by Betancur though!
He was at one point sprinting to make up for the terrain he lost in the downhill, but then the peloton slowed down. From then on he looked to be in control, watching his opponents from behind and knowing when to strike.
