Now quarter past midnight, and CQ has still not posted update. I need to get some sleep. I'll check in the morning, but it is now unlikely that I'll be able to post real prices on the spreadsheet until after work Tuesday.

CQ not updated yet, it liiks like they are waiting for the results from various national championships like Georgia.

They have finally updated the data at CQ. Although I had suggested a change to the 22 June prices, let's revert to plan A, as several teams had already been submitted reliant on the 29 June prices.

The spreadsheet has the 22 9 man teams that have all now been announced.

I thought there was already an update after the nats since Nibali became more expensive

the website updates all the time, but the download that provides that information in a spreadsheet that AC can play around with, only comes once a week.

List of teams is now on the OP: 16 teams so far, and you can check there that your team has been received and logged.

PLEASE use the CQ format for names (surname then first name, nothing else at all). It takes a fraction of the time to enter a team into the spreadsheet if it is formatted like that.

No panic: you have until the race starts on Saturday morning.

30 teams in so far, all in the opening post. If you send in a team and it hasn't appeared there 12 hours later, you might want to send a reminder.

I just downloaded the spreadsheet from the dropbox. In the spreadsheets it says that these prices are final and from 22/7. But there is a post a bit lower that says we use prices form 29/7. Has the dropbox file been updated to prices from 29/7? And maybe you forgot to erase that sentence about 22/7? Please clarify. Thanks.

Thanks for organising!

Team submitted. Hoping to improve on 15th in the Giro edition but I probably don't have enough unique/uncommon picks.

37 teams in now: 83 riders selected, including 34 unique picks.

One rider in > 3/4 of the teams, 8 others (including 2 expensive picks) in > 1/4.

Thanks for the status. I was a bit concerned because I couldn't find any obvious picks this year but it seems there are really no clear bargains. Will have a final look to see if can improve my team by getting closer to 4000 but this is a really difficult edition:p

Well, since this is the first time I will take part, I will just enjoy the race. I hope I picked half decent. I played some football-managers before but never tried with cycling. I am curious, how bad I am :D

Thank you for organizing. This is my first time at it. I admit to combining some strong picks with some riders chosen for sentiment or as long shots. It probably doesn't give me the greatest odds but it's fun. :)

Anyone find out if there are any zero pointers? I have 8 riders at 3998 points and I really don't want to drop anyone.

No zero pointers according to armchairs spreadsheet. Lowest rider is 10 points iirc.

Went way out on a limb with this one, the only way I'm going to win is if everybody else here is saying I can't believe that guy is winning. Good luck to all and have fun.

None on the spreadsheet but it says that there might be riders missing from the list who have no points. I wonder if anyone has bothered to go through every team and see if that's the case.

Just took a quick look through all the teams competing in the Tour on CQ. Only 2 zero point riders of all 22 teams. And neither racing the Tour.

Pretty much this, all the "bargains" have some fairly solid doubts surrounding them.

Team submitted, this is my first time without a sprinter to pick up some regular stage points, gone for some GC guys with a few stage hunters. Agree with other there are very few bargains available

There are certainly no zeroes among the 198 named riders: there may be some in the lower part of the spreadsheet, but that is almost certainly redundant (apart from possibly Meier) by this stage. I extract the members of the participating teams from the CQ download, which is why the zeroes would be missing.

I think there's only one "can't-miss" name this year considering his price, and I'm sure it's the aforementioned rider on more than 3/4 of the teams already send in.

I personally went for the "top-heavy-fill-it-up" approach this time, let's see if it works out.
