I don't know, Coquard clearly has the legs over Sagan and even though he was one of the first to be dropped yesterday I don't think there are enough stages like yesterday where Sagan can survive but not Coquard, and if he can keep outsprinting him who knows?

EDIT : And you can trust Europcar to go all out in breaks every single day and steal sprint points off Sagan if Coquard has a decent chance at the jersey
