He will prove that if he wins it as Quintana is on Contador's level and above Nibali. It will be a trade off as Quintana will have Giro in legs and Froome would have come off injury.

Quintana will be absolutely fine having ridden the Giro.. the fatigue from the Giro won't affect it.
