TJ Slagter again notably absent from all the action on the climb and the sprint. Hmm.

Anyway, tomorrow T Martin to slaughter the field in the TT. Except Dumoulin who will once again be the guy close

Btw, lol at Rui Costa pretending to work for someone else :p
That's true at least 90% of the days. But not today though, he actually tried to close the gap to Martin while leading out Modolo. Not that he had lot of success :D

It didn't look to me like he tried that hard ;)

Fantastic TMartin. I know it is impossible but I would love to see Sagan beeing at least one year in Stepers jersey.

I think Lefevre had a decision, Kwiatek or Sagan and chose kwiatek.

Just watched the last 40km. Better than I expected.

Much love for Sagan even if he wasn't exactly logical at times.

Martin will absolutely annihilate the TT on todays evidence.

Henao looking good again, any word on the last TDF spot?

Great positioning from Swift, he let himself get boxed in, great job :D

Trentin is a classy rider!

Fantastic lead-out from Martin and credit to Trentin

.But Swift did my head in. Getting boxed-in twice in the same position. A few more classes at finishing school and he could be cleaning up in stages like these.

Agree Swift so fur stating didn't give himself an honest chance. Trentin got an amazing lead out Martin killed off most of the challenge, Modolo had burn his matches closing a gap.

True, but it tells you how far he's progressed that being absent is more notable than being present.

Don't see Henao being left off, his spot is guaranteed. Was always in his schedule to be part of the Tour team and his short break from racing won't effect that IMO.

In fairness, he was in a one on one TT against Tony Martin. Nobody is going to look good.

Martin had been pushing on the front for more than 1k at that point. And Modolo closed that gap instantly.
