Between Bertie and Purito again I reckon. Contador to turn the tables today. Hopefully Movistar train can do a better job. Went from 4 guys on the front to none in about 150m yesterday

indeed as soon as Ruben Plaza dropped away from front, Castroviejo dropped as well which left only one riding before Quintana and who didn't keep it long on the front as well...

Froome to attack in the last km and put more than 30 sec to the other contenders

How do you reckon that? He's not got the form to do it. While the others are super strong. Plain and simple. We saw this yesterday and nothing gets improvised in cycling (as far as form is concerned anyway).

Puerito, Contador and Quintana would all beed to have a sans jour. Not likely though.

More sad news from #VoltaCatalunya: @jarredondo32 will not start in stage 4 due to sickness. Team down to five riders.

these colombians are not cut out for this kind of weather

It makes a lot more sense for cyclists than many other pursuits - there is genuine interest in hearing a detailed description of just one season, and there are some stages which can be chapters on their own.

I agree, plus if people don't like or agree with it then they don't have to buy it! :p I enjoyed Cav's book when he talks about winning the Worlds and finally getting that green jersey. He also isn't one to bite his tongue, he will always say it how he see's it.

Movistar Sky and Tinkoff must be aware that dawdling up to 1km to go will just play right into Purito's hands.
Maybe a little alliance can be formed. Movisky Tinkoff train.

Completely agree about Porte, but mainly because without Henau, Sky have basically no one for the big mountains to help Froome.
Froome looked strong in Dubai, it seems like a blip to me.

Well, there is a rumor that I heard (and by that, I mean I made it up myself) that they are saving Henao for TDF to be their leader, after Froome pulls out do to bad back. Sky wants to have the 1st colombian to win the TDF. Stick it to Movistar, OPQS and AG2R. 3 TDFs in a row, 3 different riders.

If you watch the replay, two things I saw:
1) Contador had to go around a Katusha rider when Froome attacked. It looked like was almost planned by Katusha to interfere. Extra energy needed to catch.

2) Quintana purposely waited to get on Froome's wheel. He thought Froome was going to latch to Contador, who was trying to latch on to Purito. Once Froome stopped, Nairo had to go around him. He did finished 3rd, so not sure why people say he faded in the last 150 m.

Lol at the 30 seconds lol LA would struggle put that in in 1km. Your talking 10-15 seconds max really else someing is up or guy cracks completely. Dint Froome put 25 into TJVG in last km in Oman guys? Not that its comparableto doing it to Contador.
