Chapeau Navarro, finally gets a big win.

Nice covering by Saxo at the intermediate sprint but Alberto isolated early again. It's going to be a rough next 3 days for him.

So far he has not needed any team-mates on the last climbs at all. I think tinkoff can do better but they are prob instructed to drop fairly quickly to save energy for the final week starting tommorow.

If valverde thinks he can win the Vuelta by getting the time bonuses maybe he should start riding to get some of them, instead of blowing opportunities like today.
