Can´t see they drove that hard anyway since Froome bridged pretty fast the last five minutes or so. If he dropped because of the crash then racing him is not that strange, if they started to pace when the crash occured then we can have a discussion.

staying on your bike is just as much a skill in cycling which froome doesn't possess. they have all the reason to ride

I found it funny that people were criticising Contador and his team without knowing the full story. It sounds like Froome crashed and then the pace was increased on the subsequent climb and that is where Froome dropped off. I can't see anything wrong with those tactics, if it is the case.
