Perfect race from Stannard :D

Glad he won it, interested to see what he does when he isn't injured for the cobbles... looks like Wiggins'll have to compete for the leadership again

Wow, how could you **** up a race in just 3 kilometers? They should have just dragged Tommeke to the line and let him sprint against Stannard. Way better chance than this "tactic". They never seem to learn from their mistakes. Last year the same style of riding. :eek:

Stannard is a beast, that guy is awesome!
Sep being so strong helped him alot, the steppers had to work to mantain the gap.

Holy **** what a fantastisk race! Amazing victory by Stannard, incredible performance by Vanmarcke, unreal fail by OPQS. Omloop always delivers.

Why not let Terpstra attack instead of Boonen o_O

Congrats to Stannard though. Was hoping for Boonen to take this but well.

Yes, why even bother with 3km to go if you have the better sprinter and why in the blue hell Boonen was the first guy to attack?
