Boonen will easily take it in the sprint with his two teammates leading him out.

It really is only GVA who can lose to Stannard in a sprint.

I dunno, Boonen seemed like a sure thing vs. Vanmarcke in 2012 too... that has to be entering their minds. And yes I know Vanmarcke is generally a better finisher than Stannard but my point is that a sprint is unpredictable and it'd be sily of them not to try something.

It would be better if Van Avermaet and Vanmarcke would wait and try to get some teams together to organize a chase. No matter how strong they are, they're not going to get Boonen, Terpstra and Vandenbergh back with the two of them. Even if they would, they'd come with Stybar in their wheel to bring Etixx yet another teammate......
