I hope Stybar will be their number one leader if Boonen doesn't reach peak form.

Quickstep can't really ignore Terpstra after last year. So probably a joined leadership.

I wonder when the leaders start to gamble. If too early they could ruin it!

Wiggins is going to catch the break whilst gesturing angrily at the rest of the peloton.

Kristoff with a nice win! Easily passed Degenkolb.

Degenkolb gave kristoff a nice leadout. Went from too far out obviously.

Kristoff bossing that sprint though.

Would be interesting to see what happened between them before that, as I think it's highly likely that it was a response.

Edit: looking at it again, it is clearly Coquard who starts the pushing.

Does that little gif show the whole exchange? Hard to say who started it from 3 seconds of video.

Most plausible scenario given what we have:

Giant rider falls back, a little too close to Coquard.
Coquard pushes him a little to the side so he can hold his position.
Giant rider pushes back.

All par for the course and legit imho.

Kristoff is a beast

No, no beast, but he certainly has improved season-on-season the last few years. You ain't seen nothing yet! I predict another monument in his bag this season, and the longer it is the better he performs. Not the worst of qualities to posess.

Degenkolb said he mistook the 300m to go sign with the 200m to go one - and once he realized his mistake it was too late to stop and start again so he just rolled out.
