Not too hard for Degenkolb, shouldn't be too hard for Kristoff either but his condition is doubtful. Sagan on the podium bit doesn't win.
Doubtful? Did you miss Norway, Fjords & Gippingen?
No, but that was weak competition. He did a bad prologue.
Why should he care about the prologue?
There was no chance to take the leaders jersey the days after it.
Anyway Degenkolb was just 1 second faster.

I was just expecting a good performance from him, he has been tt'ing really well this year.

Also I think he might struggle to keep his shape up. He was in top shape in March and April and rode a lot of races but didn't have a very long break before Tour of Norway and Tour de Fjords where he didn't take it easy.

hmm
"The MRI showed a small fracture of the postero-lateral tibia head," Dr. Testa said. "The fracture is small, and not involving the joint articular surface and the injury is not worrisome for his cycling career. Philippe had no particular pain on the bike. But he had been complaining of knee discomfort, especially off of it, and especially going up and down stairs. So we decided to look into it."

The MRI is said to be "recent". I wonder how recent. Before or after they made him ride TdSuisse against his wishes?
