How did Tom miss that move. :(

Survives the climbs, is left behind on a descent.

Blergh.

He actually said "Of all the riders, everyone of these two wants to beat the other"

It happens in almost every GT, but it never fails to disappoint me. Did Froome have a bad crash that I missed? I can't see any damage on the stream and just turned it on a few minutes ago. Such a bummer. I'm a Contador fan but find myself cheering for Froome.

It always sucks to see a contender falter because of crash or illness whether I'm a fan of them or not. Granted we don't know what's going on with Froome, but it's looking like more than ordinary fatigue or lack of form. Too bad. This Vuelta had incredible potential but we started with Nibali's foolishness, followed by van Garderen being unable to replicate his TdF form and get some redemption plus ultimately crashing out, and now whatever's going on with Froome... :(

Froome should bandon. This is pointless. Stop showing him, I don't like him, but clearly he's injured.

It's not about this race for Froome and Sky; it never was. It's about building a training foundation for next season.

Literrally the worst way you could try to build foundaiton for next season.

Yeah, that's why all recent winners of the TdF rode the Vuelta the previous year
And pretty much all the losers did too

How many of them did Tour-Vuelta double? Historically I think one or two maybe (Froome, Sastre?).

Whats the makeup of the group behind Rodriguez/Valverde?

Aru Cataldo, Chaves, Majka, Quintana

They've joined Valverde and rodriguez now

Nice! If they work together they can put minutes into Dumoulin.
But I am afraid only Valverde and Cataldo will pull

Well Froome did the double both seasons before his TdF wins. So it's obviously a great training structure for him.
