I think that it's quite understandable that Tinkoff is upset to the extent that he is after having 2 of his riders injured by reckless race moto's in the course of less than a few days. How else should he react?

I guess a Tour - Vuelta/Giro double is officially impossible nowadays, with Contador, Froome, Quintana all failing this year
