Will watch again VDB's carniceria

Definitely not for aru tomorrow. Breakaway most likely
actually it might be in astanas favor to have a break ftw to take out boni - as aru clearly wont get them and TD seems even stronger than in week 1.

This stage has Valverde's name written all over it
As a preparation for Flanders next year? That's the only thing I don't know if he is capable of. Riding on cobbles.

But he better get used to it. I would love to see him and Nibali in Flanders next year. Both are strong top 10 candidates if prepared.

VDB was such a monster, many probably haven't seen the belga sport edition of VDB (of his '99 season). It's in dutch after all

Seeing him talk about it brings tears to my eyes, what a story it was sadly enough it wasn't like the movies with a good ending.

This is it btw: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f9UUjlaem4w

Are the cobbles tough? Or just common city centre cobbles which is no challenge?

Thanks to baroncheli of the Spanish forums.

Helmets are great for protecting your head, shades protect your eyes -- but these pictures from older days seem so much more dramatic
