Dumoulin was pretty convincing today. One thing I'm completely sure of is he won't be dispatched easily, he'll fight to the end to keep Aru in his sights.

Aru and Astana will have to take some risks and leave nothing in the tank to win this.
The fact that Aru jumped yesterday to all of Valverde's accelerations shows how much risk he's willing to take and how tactically smart they are at Astana.
Inept is the word I think.

Aru isnt Nibali.

But he is young.

On PCM this would be the greatest stage of all time, but I'm preparing myself to witness this incredibly frustrating placement riding. Today Tinkoff riding behind Valverde, and Astana, just like yesterday when they panicked when Purito attacked, again closing a 30m gap to Purito. Why God, why? Cuz guess what, Dumoulin had Craddock still fresh as a daisy to lead him out on the cobbles, while Aru had... right, nobody.

If Purito goes first tomorrow, Aru needs to grow a pair of balls, even if he has 752189 team mates left, put on a poker face and sit behind Dumoulin.

Vuelta is way the least important of the GTs, but I have to say that its the most entertaining. Tomorrow is the last stage and we dont know who is going to win. Its something like a chaotic race, teams are not so important and leaders fight between each others.

Aru has to take a risk and attack on the penultimate climb. The last climb isn't too hard and Dumoulin should be ok there with the flat amen descent afterwards.

It's not even that much of a risk is it? Even if he attacks on the penultimate climb and, for some reason, blows up completely, he still shouldn't lose a minute and a half to Purito.

I wouldn't say it's the most entertaining. It's often the most unpredictable which makes for the most exciting racing, but very rarely is it entertaining on anything but the last climb.

I think Astana will take risks. I am more afraid of Saxo, because until now they always worked as they would have the leaders jersey. However not letting anyone attack although their leader also is only in 4th place would be very very stupid, so it just must not happen.

Saxo and Majka has ridden like pussies the whole race, so expect absolutely nothing from them today. Majka is absolutely content with sitting at 4th since his goal was top-5. He will follow wheels and jump Valv and Quintana and neutralize *** if he doesnt have Poljanski.

Expecting good stuff from Movistar and Astana, both team should send a few strong guys out in the break and then the rest is up to the leader to gap the rest and join them alá Heras in 2005. Harder than it sounds I guess.

He also asks Tristan Hoffman, one of the Tinkoff DS to help his countrymen.

Tinkoff already starting his bid for Dumoulin for 2017

Re: 2015 Vuelta stage 20: San Lorenzo de El Escorial>Cercedi

Absolutely understandable post by Tinkov. I mean, its not like they have a leader in the top 4 who could fight for the win himself
