The third edition of the game for the more patient CQer starts here.
The rules are as before: 18 riders each of whom, regardless of their age or the level they ride at, have accumulated less than 200 points throughout their career. I have posted a very long, but by no means exclusive, list of riders who are (I think, probably worth checking) eligible on Dropbox, but to be honest, it is probably more efficient to choose the youngsters who you think will blossom over the next three years, and check their CQ page to see that the sum of all their career points is at most 199. Don't forget that some riders with no points and no current contract won't have a CQ page.
Scoring is the CQ points they gain from 1/1/16 to 31/12/18, and that is a long enough scoring period that there is no real advantage to be gained in the first month, so teams need to be in by the last moment of January (GMT).
As usual, names in CQ format please, with nothing else on the line. If the rider has no CQ page, then hope that SURNAME Forename is what CQ will go with (and if he is Portuguese, they won't but I'll track him down eventually). Submit your entry by PM on either Cycling News or Velorooms: one keen entrant already has.
Good luck, enjoy the challenge and the gentler pace of a three year race, and keep an eye out for monthly updates.
