Brambilla, like Rosa in 2014, auditioning for the Astana train.

He still has a year left on his contract with Etixx and I doubt they want to let him go after this season. It's the first he's performing up to his potential in 4 years

The comparison simply comes to me because they both had an attacking breakthrough performance at Strade Bianche - although admittedly, Rosa had already moved to Astana at that point, having had a good 2014 with (I think) Androni.
