If this race wants a place in my Hall of fame races, it needs to explode soon.
The weather alone isn't enough.

With bad enough weather, the most boring one-dimensional race can be remembered forever.

If Piti soloed away 40km ago then maybe this will be remembered forever too

Good one. Valverde attacking in a monument :p

Cracks me up just thinking about it

Astana attack. Wooo. Hopefully a part of a bigger plan with Nibali/Fuglsang.

Vincenzo has been at the back all day, unfortunately. I'm not sure if he can do anything.

It was still boring, though. Almost the entire peloton gave up once Hinault attacked and nobody chased him.
Nobody's talking of hard races, that's something this one already is. We're talking exciting for fans, no?

At last some attacks !

Really shitty borefest compared to the cobbled classics.

Part of it is the fault of the type of riders riding the Ardennes

Something drastic must be done to make these races more enjoyable.

La Redoute is over, we should attack now.
Seriously what do these riders think?

The new climb makes everything even worse for spectators, none of the favorites will move until that climb

They probably want to send someone not dangerous up the road before Roche aux Faucons. Grivko probably couldn't get away on Redoute.

Nibali is at the front! Wellens also I think. Valverde will wait as he has no reason to attack, so we need those two to liven things up a bit on the Roche au Faucons
