Weird that Sky don't even have anybody in the break. When Kiserlovski went in the first break, okay, that's not very dangerous, but when Trofimov also got in a chase... Then again, it's not that weird, since Sky are often clueless.

They don't need to be smart, they're stronger than everyone else.

How great is it to see the Track specialist out of his comfort zone just for once??! Derail the train now!!

Well, something pretty similar happened with Kwiatkowski last year and he and Porte chased it down, so I'd guess it was actually exactly in his comfort zone.

I'm not sure. Maybe I'm missing something, but what would Sky need anyone in the break for?

Preperation for the obvious Thomas long range attack on the descent.

Yeah agree with you, it wouldn't of made any sense for Sky to have someone in the break

That's getting tired
How is stating a fact tiring?

When it's not such a clear fact. I post this yesterday but anyway: By the time he'd won his first Olympic gold medal in 2008 aged 21 or 22, he'd won junior Paris-Roubaix, junior Kuurne–Brussels–Kuurne, the Flèche du Sud (also won by such "track specialists" as Alex Zülle and Andy Schleck), podiumed the national road race (beating Steve Cummings among others) and ridden the Giro and the Tour.

To have an extra dom after Peille. Now half their team got dropped.
