Perhaps better for the post-race, memory ceremony that the stage winner and the yellow jersey very likely won't be the same person.

Only a mechanical/crash/hunger knock can deny Froome the tour now.

He's had those before.

If he has a mechanical the entire peloton stops.

If he has a crash the results are neutralized.

If he's hungry, Richie Porte will come by with the candy bar.

It's over...

Yates doing a great ride. Quintana looks like he needs something to hang onto. Valverde better than expected, as always....

Well some way Mollema needs to take Yellow somewhere and loose it in heartbreaking style to make it 3 in a row for the Dutch.

The Great Bauke Mollema continues the great tradition to be totally awesome in the last year of contract, Trek did a great job extending.

By booing Froome, are the general French public trying to prove they know nothing about cycling, after causing all the problems yesterday?

Not awful for Quintana in the end. 18th on a course like that - similar to Porte - is about as good as can be expected for someone so small.

Paced himself well I guess.

I imaginei that they are expressing their view that they simply don't believe in miracles.

That's an insane time from Dumoulin

wow, if froome is even close to tom d, tour will definitely be over.
I don't think he will. He won't be within a minute, and I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't manage to crack the top 4.

Half right. Just!
