Usual July fare. Everyone seems happy to let the dominating team control the pack instead of having the guts to attack them. Truth be told, with the roster Sky has fully dedicated to Froome it's no surprise. Nobody can get rid of them. Poels, Thomas, Nieve and Landa are op as feck.
They never know until they don't try. Maybe they would blow to pieces.

Rafnur Zakamajka again. Same as the beginning.

Nelson Oliveira surprising me this TDF. Clearly the best of the two PT riders so far.

What a race from BMC today and in the Tour in general. Apart from Avermaet I wonder why on earth wheren't Moinard, Caruso or Dennis all over this break. They must be saving themselves to attack Sky....

Its puzzling just how bad Nibali is when he isn't 100%.

Well to be honest Nibali never used to be like this. He up until 2013 tended to be pretty good throughout the season. Also, personally I find it puzzling how good Valverde always is. No rider is more consistent than he is despite him being one of the eldest guys in the peleton.
